David Reddin
With over 30 years industry experience, David Reddin is one of Australia’s best known and respected Management Consultants whose area of expertise encompasses executive search, assessment, coaching and training. Since 1983 David has been working in his own business locally and internationally helping organizations recruit, develop and retain top talent adding value to his client’s bottom line.
David graduated with a BA (Hons) from Monash University in 1970. He was recognised by his peers in the management consulting industry with the award of a Fellowship of the Institute of Management Consultants, Australia for his services to that industry.
Early on in his career, David succeeded in a range of senior managerial positions, developing a strong understanding of the complexities of organisations, both public and private. He now practically applies that understanding of organisational culture to all his consulting work.
David built one of Australia’s foremost HR consulting companies, and although managing that business, to this day is still passionate about delivering his company’s service offerings right around Australia and internationally, in particular in the USA, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and the Philippines.
David is recognized for his strong work ethic, an unfaltering commitment to quality outcomes and unique client consulting skills.
