Although based in Melbourne, the Reddin Partners team has worked extensively outside Australia, and especially in Asia.  We have supported a range of clients in their quest to recruit, develop and retain top talent.

Through our own very accomplished research team, and at times with the support of our long standing Asian partners’ expertise, we have successfully recruited both Australian and Asian executives to key senior management, technical and professional roles in the region.  We have also sourced Asian executives for positions in other countries.

We have partnered with leading Asian based organisations, working with their onsite HR and line management teams to help them assess their talent pools and design appropriate development and retention strategies.  We have trained their teams in Assessment Interview Techniques as part of the process to ensure that the only people brought into their organisations meet their needs and fit their specific cultures.

Working with global corporates based in Asia, we have tailored specific programs around Giving and Receiving Feedback and Performance Coaching to enable them to optimise individual and team performance on the ground.
